1. How long will it take us to reply to quotations?

2. How to arrange item for repair?
Option 1: Send us the item for repair
Address: 63 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5, T5@Tampines, Singapore 528641.
(Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm; Saturday: 9am to 1pm)
Option 2: Arrange collection date and time for our drivers to pick up.

3. Repair quotation?
For repair quotations, customer can expect to receive the quotation within 3 working days from the day we received the item; after our technical team has checked the item thoroughly.
4. Repair lead time?
*Spare parts that are available: within 5 to 7 working days upon receiving repair quotation confirmation.
*Spare parts that needs to be indent: Case by case basis. Lead time will be stated in our repair quotation.
5. Warranty?
Depending on the products purchased, warranty upon manufacturing defects range from 6 months to 1 year.
Warranty does not cover any malfunction, failure or defect resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification or repair done by anyone other than Newera Tools & Machinery (S) Pte Ltd. Also damage due to failure to comply with the warnings and instructions in the operator’s manual is not covered.
