Newera Tools & Machinery Pte Ltd. was established in 2002 as a subsidiary of Newera Equipment Pte Ltd. Prior to incorporation, Newera Tools & Machinery operated as the Industrial Tools Division within Newera Equipment Supply Pte Ltd. since 1984. Over the years, the Division grew to become a reputable business partner and reliable supplier of industrial fastening tools, and was spun off as a subsidiary company in 2002.

We specialize in supplying and servicing high-quality industrial tools and equipment for a wide range of industrial applications, such as manufacturing, construction, MRT transportation lines, marine, shipbuilding and offshore industries.
With more than 20 years of technical experience, coupled with a team of dedicated and experienced staff, we have a successful and reputable track record. We are proud to hold distribution rights from well-known brands such as Hougen, OMI, NewBroach, Uryu, Aimco, Royal Master, Diamond, Nagahori, Daisen, Chiyoda, Almi, Yamada, Waytrain and Toyo Koken.

Newera Tools & Machinery (M) Sdn. Bhd. was established in 2003 as a subsidiary of Newera Equipment Supply Sdn. Bhd. Prior to incorporation, Newera Tools & Machinery operated as the Industrial Division within Newera Equipment Supply Sdn. Bhd.
Over the years, the Division grew to become highly successful, dealing in the supply and servicing of high quality assembly tools, machine tools & lubrication equipment and was spun off as a subsidiary company in 2003.
Well established with 40 years of experience, catering to the needs of the manufacturing & assembly lines of automotive industry, electronic & electrical appliances industry, engineering & construction industry, steel fabrication, marine & shipbuilding and also offshore industries.
We are very proud to be the chosen partner to serve the car manufacturers and many prestigious companies such as Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Toyota Boshoku, Yamaha, Hino, UD Trucks, Hitachi Koki, Panasonic, Sapura Kencana, Dorma, Emerson, etc.

In line with the company’s direction to go regional, In 2012, PT Newera Ergotech Indonesia was incorporated in Jakarta.
PT Newera Ergotech works very closely with Toyo Koken (Japan), in serving the automotive and motorcycles manufacturers and assemblers, by recommending Balaman, material handling solutions to their respective needs.
