Features
The semi automatic band saw WL-1180SAT is designed for cutting round and square bars. There are broken blade detection sensor and hydraulic blade tension device installed on the model to prevent blade issues. Material feeding is based on table movement and the projector is to mark the cutting guide line. Helical gear reducer enhances cutting rate by up to 90%, while the hydraulically controlled guide arm ensures working proficiency. Motor inverter controls blade speeds as variables, and the scale bar is set for easy bow cutting height setting. With powerful chip cleaning brush, the machine can perform in a further accurate manner.
