Sales Executives
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for sales target set by the Management.
• Responsible for the collection of accounts recievable.
• Responsible for building long-term relationships with customers.
• Responsible for ad-hoc projects as allocated by the General Manager.
• Responsible for Marketing and travelling when deem necessary.
• Review market trend of the industry to determine customers' need and appropriate marketing and promotional activities.
• Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies/activities.
• Provide technical support when deem necessary.
• Provide product services and training to customers.
• Responsible for the credit control of customers including timely and prompt collection.
• Develop and maintain database of existing and potential customers.
• Any other special projects or assignment that may be assigned to you accordingly at the discretion of the Company.

Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in any field.
• Ay least 2 - 3 years sales experience.
• Able to work independently under pressure & with tight deadlines.
• Able to communicate in English, Mandarin & other Chinese dialects.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with keen interest to interact with people, independent, result-oriented and possess integrity.


Customer Service Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Attending to incoming and internal calls or queries.
• Attending to queries by walk-in customers, guest or visitors.
• To receive and record incoming mails.
• To receive courier and distribute according to respective recipient.
• Data Entry.
• Possess great passion in handling inquiries.
• Perform ad-hoc clerical and administrative assigments as and when required.

Requirements:
• SPM and above.
• Polite and friendly.
• Computer knowledge is essential.
• Pleasant personality & a team player.
• Able to converse in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.
• With or without experience. Wokring experience in customer service/ telemarketing/phone support is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates/school leavers are encouraged.
• Candidate who can start work immediately will be given priority.
